I need help! I haven't been the best blogger and I have completely lost the instructions on how to participate in the monthly theme day. It seems like things have changed a bit since I last participated.

I don't really know how to either. I usually post it, sometimes late, with a link to the City Daily PHoto. Anything else seems too complicated for me!
