This is a street in my subdision that floods over every spring. "Water on Pavement" -- Duh!

No going through this! How far away is the alternative road? Does this happen almost every spring, or rarely?
It happens every spring. It is not far from the river, but there is an alternate road they have to open up for people to get to their homes . . .
