Apple tree blossoms

I am posting this picture today in honor of our SNOWSTORM! These blossoms were from a tree bordering my neighbor's property, which I loved to look at through my kitchen window every season of the year. Unfortunately last spring right after I took this photo my neighbor CUT IT DOWN -- knowing how I feel about trees, of course I was devastated. I do have my photos, though. It was like an old friend, I am so sorry it is gone. I planted a pear tree right away, but it will be years before it was as nice as the old apple. Stay warm! Think Spring!

Oh, what a shame! I love the photo because the blossoms and petals are both pastel and delicate.

I like that photo.
Blossom is so loving and nice to look at.
You should ( if you can) plant your own fruit tree.

Lovely apple blossoms - I had to enlarge them so I could smell them better. :)

A nice reminder of what is around the corner. We have a thick layer of snow right now, so its nice to be reminded of what is ahead.
